About the Bishop

Bishop Stanley Kerr is the youngest son to the late Missionary Katha Lee Kerr and the late Deacon James P. Kerr.  Supt. Stanley Kerr attended Texas A&M where he was the track team captain, inducted into the Texas A&M Hall of Fame in 1996, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Bishop Stanley Kerr was ordained in June of 2000 under the leadership of Pastor Lawrence E. Smoots of Gospel Lighthouse C.H.S.C. in Oklahoma City, and Bishop Silky R. Wilson, who was the presiding bishop of the state of Oklahoma (this was prior to Jurisdiction designation).  He became a licensed deacon in June, 1997, and a licensed minister in June, 1999, all under the leadership of Pastor Lawrence E. Smoots and Bishop Silky R. Wilson.

In 2003, he and his wife and their three sons opened the first Oracle Ministries Christian Center (OMCC) in Oklahoma City, OK.  After just two years, the Lord called him and his family back to Texas.  In the spring of 2007, OMCC moved to Manford Williams Elementary School.  From there, OMCC moved to its present location at Parkway Retail Center, both in Richmond, TX.

In the summer of 2007, Bishop Winston Williams asked Bishop Kerr if he would take on the role as District Superintendent.  Bishop Stanley Kerr accepted the call, and is currently serving as Superintendent of Texas South District #2 of the Christ Holy Sanctified Churches of America, Inc.  Under his leadership there are three churches: OMCC in Richmond, Texas, New Temple in Beaumont, Texas, and House of Refuge in Beaumont, Texas.

Bishop Stanley Kerr has a heart for the people of God, wants to see lives changed, and growth in people that are being developed into the image God has already pre-ordained them to be.

Pastor Pamela Kerr

Pastor

"Pursue peace with all people,
and holiness, without which
no one will see the Lord:"

Hebrews 12:14 NKJV

It is not Jesus plus anything. He is the Way, the Truth,
and the Life, The ONLY Way to the Father.

About Pastor Pam

Co-Pastor Pamela E. Kerr is an ordained Elder in the Christ Holy Sanctified Church of America, Inc. and is affectionately referred to as "Pastor Pam" by the members of Oracle Ministries Christian Center.

Pastor Pamela was ordained in June, 2000, under the leadership of Lawrence E. Smoots of Gospel Lighthouse C.H.S.C. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Bishop Silky R. Wilson who was the presiding bishop of the state of Oklahoma (this was prior to the Jurisdiction designation).

In September of 2003, Pastor Pamela assisted her husband, Superintendent Stanley L, Kerr in establishing Oracle Ministries Christian Center, along with their three sons, Isaac, David, and Joshua, who were the first members.  The Lord blessed their work and it began to grow, including the addition of families they knew from youth football and track& field.  Bishop and First Lady Julia Wilson became members as well.

In July of 2005, not long after the establishment of the ministry, the family relocated and settled in Richmond, Texas.  The Oklahoma Oracle Ministries Christian Center was left in the care of Pastor Steven and Evangelist Robin Taplin.

Co-Pastor Kerr and her family initially visited other churches within the Houston Metro area but Superintendent Kerr felt that they were not fulfilling God's plan for their lives.  In September of 2006, they started a Bible study in their living room.  This ministry grew with the addition of some of Supt. Kerr's siblings and their children.  Other families came as the result of the relationships established in the community.

In the spring of 2007, Oracle Ministries Christian Center moved from their living room to Holiday Inn Express in Rosenberg, TX.  In 2009, it moved to Manford Williams Elementary and from there to its present location at the Parkway Retail Center, both in Richmond, Texas.

Co-Pastor Kerr's responsibilities include teaching mid-week Bible study and the adult Sunday school class.  Within District #2 of the Texas South Jurisdiction, she oversees the Sunday School.

In August of 2016, Co-Pastor Kerr was given the opportunity to serve as Executive Secretary to the General Secretary, Bishop-elect Erika L. Baxter of the Board of Presbytery (i.e. Board One) of the Christ Holy Sanctified Church Church of America, Inc. with the approval of the presiding Prelate and President, Bishop Craig E. Brown.

The Oracle Ministries Christian Center (referred to as OMCC) family along with its leaders are looking to the "author and finisher of their faith" Christ Jesus to provide guidance and the resources to move out of the retail center and into their own facilities soon.
